Spartan trailercoaches for sale

Info: This is a 1946 Spartan Manor, 25 ft. in length. This was the first year of production for the Spartans. EXTERIOR: Exterior is in very good condition, very clean for a 1946 trailer. Just 3 or 4 minor flaws in the exterior. Doors are clean, and the locks work, and have keys. There are keys to outside storage compartments also. Belly pan is in excellent condtion. Wheel bearings have been recently repacked, and tires are good. INTERIOR: Interior was remondeled in the 70's. A bathroom, with shower and sink, was added in the back if the trailer, which was quite well built. Interior was painted a light green. Refrigerator is German built, and I believe it's a 3-way. It works fine. Cook stove works fine. Elec. and plumbing will need some work. Trailer has Calif. Title and up to date registration.
